Adjusting Light Angle Of R34 Headlights?

hey mate i had a look yesterday and found 2 bolts, one long running vertical near side panels, the other was around the middle of the headlight, running lower and horizontally (screwing in direction in front of the car). I tried screwing each one about 5-7 times but stopped cos nothing was happening to the lights and got scared that something else was either getting too tight or too loose. the electronic switch works inside the car that adjusts all lights up and down a little, But that doesnt help cos it doesnt do one at a time. Im confident it can be done, maybe some pictures would be perfect(low beam and high beam) but ill try everything again, I'll let you know if it works or if anything snaps haha cheers!
