Guys

A mate of mine recently rebuilt his rb26 on his gtr, and riped off the turbo's and paid a mint for a preety damn large one, in which they removed the manifold, turbos etc for the single new one.

I got a gts-t and was wondering if its possible to use his manifold and turbos and put em on my gts-t.

Has this been done before, or is it possible at all??

cheers

Its been done

You need to have adapter plates created. End of the day, dont do it.

When the ceramic turbo sh|ts itself... your more than likely going to break a motor :D

stick with the single turbo idea. Less hassle.

Was that $3k including the turbos and manifolds or just for the manifolds and adaptors?

If it's $3k for a twin turbo setup then why not  Not saying I'll do it; but surely there must be benefits in having two turbos over one.

you can get the adoptor plates from japan.

the same people that make the kit for the 26 plenum onto the 25, make the gtr mainfold adoptor plates pretty cheap too..

i wonder how i set of steel wheel r34 n1 would go on a 25.

if i had the money and time i would give it a shot just for the fun of it
