Looking for a rear window spoiler as well.

Unfortunately it is not mine. He is a member of JDMST and it is a very nice example. Correct, sizing is 18*10.5 +15 all round.

i dont know for sure, but i was under that when the cars get to a certain age, they're a-ok in some states.

New Wheels !! 18*9 ; 18*9.5 ; slight guard roll and lowered 5mm (lol)

Cannot go low due to running GTR Suspenion and the spindles top part will hit the tyre.
