Hi

I'm putting this up for a mate he has a r33 rb25det. now at the moment hes running out fo fuel due to stock injectors, has power fc supporting mods blah blah blah.

Now I know that s15 injectors fit into the rb25, some people on here prob use them think there 440cc.

But one thing from memory is that people with s13/14/15 can use rx7 injectors as they fit the sr and provide an extra gain going to 550cc, so my question is.

Can the rx7 injectors (550cc) work on a rb25det, do they have the same impedence, or is there another cheapish upgrade out there

Any help muchly appreciated,

Thanks all

yeah ive read you can use rx7 injectors which are 550cc (ish)

but youll need to find 6 of them of course. its probably easier and cheaper to just buy a set of 6 injectors instead of 4 and then 2. also s15 manual jdm injectors are in the similiar boat, but are 480cc.

You need the series 6 "primary" injectors from memory

The secondary injectors are higher flow again

Since there is only 2 primary injectors in a 13B, you need to find 3 sets, which is not easy

I think the WRX boys want them too

I went thru this a while ago, and ended up getting S15 injectors

There has been much debate whether they are 440/448 or 480cc

On NS.com, the majority say they are the lower 440cc, not the 480cc

Do half a job and you will get half as good a result.

RX7 injectors are very unreliable. Especially the S4/5 ones. They only operate effectively to a duty cycle of 60%.

A set of sard 550cc injectors you can get for $750 delivered to your door. Why would you mess around with anything less?
