my car has an exhaust with no cat. and i have a HKS 25/30 turbo.

so i was wondering if any1 could help me out.

Im after a stock turbo, exhaust and steering wheel.

i dont know where to get anything from and none of my mates can help me.

if any1 on SAU can help me that would be great.

Welcome to SAU mate, spewing about the defect, as for the items needed i'd just look in the For Sale section on here to find everything you need mate, other than that i can only suggest going down to see Marky at Exhaust Technology and see if he has any stock 32 systems laying around you could buy!

Good luck buddy!

You shouldn't need a completely stock exhaust system, just one that has a Cat, and isn't too loud.

I'd just get a cat put in, and a small muffler on the rear, I've got two interchangable rear mufflers for my car. Most people on here can vouch just how loud my LOUD muffler is, but with the quieter one on it's more than legal.

Had a similar problem.. Theres a place out wingfield i think it might be ( the name escapes me right now, ill try find it and let u know asap) but its all nissan spares - they actually 'rent' parts to you, for regency inspections etc. A stock steering wheel will cost u $50 to borrow for the day, just go there before regency, borrow the wheel and return it after youre done. U can buy it if u wish, they are pretty cheap.

Same goes for the turbo.. think they do the same with that.

With the cat, i 'borrowed' one from AAA exhaust at richmond - cost me bout $50 and they lent it to me for the day, including fitting and then removing it.

They will go over your whole car, they tested my horn, seatbelts (that they retract properly) etc..

Good luck

getting turbos changed is a major labour cost - prepare to be reamed if you get a workshop to do it.

If you have an aftermarket turbo, you almost certainly have an aftermarket ECU, which is also illegal and Regency will check.

Also check your chassis rails and strut towers for any sort of rust, as the don't like that at all.

Sorry to say that the vast majority of imports that go into Regency come out with more defects than they went in with ....
