Rb20de Head Being Put Back Together

Okie dokie. Ive got the head back from the shop machined and nice, new gasket's and what not. How do I line up the camshaft's and what position should the piston's be in?

Does anyone have an english workshop manual for this engine, as the only one I could find was in japanese. I dont know torque settings, or the order they have to be done up in. There is nothing on the had gasket cardboard thing, and the Cylinder head place couldnt tell me a thing.

I would really love help, to be directed to a web page with a copy of an english workshop manual, or someone with one that would love to bring it to me so I can have a look, lol.

Please help, I would love it back together in the next few days! Thanks.

Ive just been to Nissan, Autobarn, Hardcore, Repco and a place called Drysdale Book's which imports and has every auto book. The cheapest I found was $400........

OK........ I just snapped a head bolt wtf do I do now? Is there something I can do? or do I just sell everything.....
