I was curious on how to fit indicator lights to my car.

I just recently had a car accident a month and 1/2 ago. I got a whole new bodykit for my car but now what I realised is that I don't know where to put my indicator lights on anymore?

Aren't the stock indicator lights on the front bar?

How does people out there get new front bars and have indicator lights at the same time?

Btw, the car is a r33 series 2

Yup, Stock indicator lights are on the front bar. I have different ones on mine although still a standard front bar, they just have bolts on the back of them and you drill a hole in the bar and put a nut on the other side to hold them in. I have seen alot of people use side indicators of various cars for there front bar indicators, just pick your style, cut a suitable hole in the bar for them to clip into and use the same wattage bulb as the originals....

I was at one point going to reroute my indicator wires to the parkers and put orange globes in so I could have a 'clean' front bar )don't need parkers there a waste of time anyway :P) but never got round to it.

Yea its a damn headache.

I thought it was as simple as buying a front bar.

I might give the idea a go of using trailer lights.

I need something for now before I end up getting defected.

aren't trailer lights big and square? Have a look in any auto store they should have various kinds of side indicators, there smaller and look much better, can get altezza ones as well if you want some bling :P If you can find the bolt on type there easy to install, the hardest part is soldering on the wires. Otherwise just cut a suitable hole with a dremel for the clip in ones.

Thats a pic of mine, you can see them on the outboard side of the side vents...
