Hi,

I was curious because I can get my hands on a whoel set of Bilstein Coilovers for $700.

I was just wondering how can I check them?

They came from Japan. Has been used already.

Was removed from the car.

They are adjustable.

If this sounds to be a good deal then I will go for them.

But since they are used... and I only had a quick look, I wanted to figure how to tell what model are they? I think PSS9's???

Don't know nothing about coilovers but I have been trying to find more information about the Bilstein Coilovers.

Any advice?

The current PSS9 has red coils, with silver base and yellow plastic dust cover over piston. Front units have bump and rebound adjustment on top of the unit. The adjuster is nurled brass with 9 settings. The rear units have bump and rebound on the base of the unit, its plastic and also has 9 settings. Height setting is acheived by threaded adjustment on the base with supplied keyed C spanner.

BTW Roy would be the best person to take them of your hands if you decide to remove them. He would

look after them and ensure they went to good use.

troy is actually not a ginger, but the name has stuck. he's a blondy, but his skin does have that reddish tinge, though it's not genetic, it's caused by large intake of booze.
