Wiring Diagram?

Anyone got a s2 wiring diagram? I want to install my own car alarm.

Hi Matt,

I don't have a diagram, but I did have a crack at installing my alarm and I can tell you that getting around the "Smart Entry" box that runs the central locking, auto interior light and auto door re-lock is the trick. I was never successful and the install place that I had do the job in the end had dramas as well, they ended up fudging their way around it and installing an additional door motor in the drivers door to get it to work. I/they could not find a way to trigger the original motor through the smart entry box.

My advice is find the right installer, should be close to the same as an R34, just makes sure they have solved the smart entry issue in the past...

Also check out the Car Audio and Security section of SAU and you will find the mantra of "car security is only as good as how well the alarm is installed"
