From what I've heard - if an accident occurs like that

and the other party hits the left side of your car and you were in front it would be his fault for refusing to give way to your vehicle. Anybody know whether that is true?

People who move, and *then* indicate or even worse don't indicate at all in heavy traffic should be taken off the side of the road and beaten.

I drive a 1980 Mazda 323 with cobwebs, Because of people being such shits on the road when you try to do the right thing, I do what I want when I want now, always making sure I am in the right....mostly. In this car people dont be pushy to you cause they know you don't give a shit about your car....

If I take the 'line for a spin every ****er wants to race you...beat you to this merge, and so the list goes on....

My dad's Patrol ute with bullbar, spotties, 6" lift kit etc is great for this. I suppose a lot of people don't want it in front of them, so they pull the "speed up and fill the gap" trick as soon as the indicator starts flashing. So you just keep turning... and turning... and smiling... and turning. Most people get the idea pretty quick but I've been within inches of a couple of idiots - but they always move in the end ALWAYS give a thankyou wave with a big smile afterwards.

i think the people that just dont indicate are the worst, its like they are too good to indicate in heavy traffic, now that shits me up the wall

i reckon that its alright not to indcate when your driving alone at like 3 and theres no one around but in traffic its a must

but you gotta be a bit leaniant (sp?), some of those cars werent made with indicators
