not too sure mate.

std rb25det hardware is good for 200ish kw. im not sure what the std n/a stuff is good for, or even if its different for that matter.

better off grabbing a bosch 040 and as far as i know, s15 injectors are a straight-swap upgrade.

on the side of ur engine u have a oil return line from a step down at the fron of the rocket cover down the the bottom of i the engine... i T peice my turbo's oil return line in there... would this be why ther oil is coming up and spurting out? im saying would the oil+pressure from the turbo's oil return go back up through the oil return from the head and therefore come out my airfilter?

i would not have done your turbo's return line like this.

oil that has passed througha turbo is frothy ..and needs a large space to flow back into the sump easily..

the block should have had the fitting for the return in it already, if not you should have welded/brazed a fitting onto the side of the sump.

havea restriction can cause excess oil to get into the head if its causing a blockage in that vct oil return on the front of the head..

that said you still have the 2 returns at the back of the head/block for oil to return to the sump.

compression test will show you if your rings are sealing.

if they arent, then the compressed air from the combustion chamber, pressurises the block and head ... and comes out where your little blue filter is..

hence excess oil coming out there

You wanna stop the oil coming out of the filter?

Get rid of the filter and use the correct hosing. Its pretty simple.

I would be getting a leak-down test before anything else.

You shouldnt have a filter like that there anyway. Fire hazard if i've ever seen one, most certainly not a performance modifications... its under the "ricer" heading though :(

Im with 3lit3_32 on this one without a doubt.

I had about 300mills of oil squirt all over my extractors once and it did not catch fire.

But it left the biggest cloud of smoke behind me it was not funny.

Since then ive installed oil restrictors in the block and fixed the problem ;)
