Paul B
Just wondering if you guys know if the stock 17" x 9" GTR wheels with 245/45/R17 will fit on a S14 200SX? My stocko wheels are the Nissan 16" alloys. They have 205/55/R16 rubber on them. Im pretty sure the offsets should be alrite, just wanna know if theyre too wide. Any help or links to this topic would be appreciated. Cheers, Paul Edited August 24, 2006 by Paul B Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/131590-r33-gtr-wheels/ Share on other sites

Cheers, Paul the only reason i know they fit is because there is a someone at heasman steering in sydney with a white s14 r33 gtr wheels. lowered and looks good. scathing
yogi - they actually work for Bilstein (which I know is right next to Heaseman's), and the car looks great with those wheels on. And yeah, it looks great (although I can't find any pics of it right now). Laurence
17x9 on my S14 needs to be +20 at the front to clear the coilovers. On the rear 245/40R18x9+22 fit without any spacers This is what an S14 (not mine) looks like with +30 offset, 25mm spacers all round. = +5 offset. Only a fender roll is required to fit this. Tyres are 215/40 front, 215/45 rear. Wheels are stock R33 GT-R wheels which are 17x9, the narrow tyres allow the nicer fitment Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/131590-r33-gtr-wheels/#findComment-2442274 Share on other sites
Hella Flush
as laurence has stated... spacers reqd otherwise they will sit in with s14 guards... s14s have the deepest wheel arches out of the silvias Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/131590-r33-gtr-wheels/#findComment-2443839 Share on other sites
R32gts-t
^^^ it's not that they will sit in, it's that they will hit the strut/spring, i have them on my s13, i have 3omm spacers all round, i could probably get away with no spacer on the rear but definatley needed on the front. 225 is about as wide as i can go with the spacers fitted, 215's may fit without the spacers... great looking wheels you should put a pic up. t01-100
They just bolted onto my old 200SX fitted with 235/45/17 with 2.5 degrees of camber. I only had OEM style Nismo replacment struts and they cleared the shock body and spring seat fine. Looked pretty understanded on white too. 700HP-GTR33
Hey there, I have a set i am selling with 245/45/17 tyres Hankook Ventus 104's 95% Tread. Look in the parts section......... They do look good on a s14 I have to admit. Although i think they would look better with rolled or flared guards. t01-100
did u have spacers fitted on yours??? frankxiyu pm'd me, but for everyone else - no spacers were fitted to mine, but they did rub the plastic inner guard a little, but nothing a stanley knife couldn't fix. frankxinyu
just an update for the information, the R33 GTR wheels which have 245 tyres went on the S14A today with NO spacers, and we did not roll the guards....stock suspension, which means once coilovers are done, even widers tyres can go on.... it is doable, and the car looks awesome....problem solved.
