Quick Question On Clutch

Hi guys,

i am about to buy myself a twin plate from HKS which is made for the RB26dett, and wanted to ask whether it'll fit on my RB25 aswell??

Which model cars are we talking about?

R32 GTR and GTST plus R33 GTST takes push type clutch.

R33 gtr, r34 gtt, r34 gtr takes pull type clutch.

isnt the flywheel on a GTR 6 bolt and on a RB 25 8 bolt, correct me if i am mistaking, but the HKS kit comes with a flywheel and if you have a 6 bolt flywheel its n o going to fit on a 8 bolt cranckshaft

The flywheels from all R32/R33 range, 2WD & 4WD, are all interchangeable, no matter the factory clutch setup (push or pull). The R32/R33 range also shares the same input shaft spline pattern. These two factors therefore mean that there are no problems in regards to physically installing the unit, purely its operation, pull or push.

Therefore as you are going to be using it in an R33 just make sure the item you are purchasing is from the R32/33 range and is a push style clutch.

I believe that the OSG 3ltr kit has the different bolt pattern, being 8 instead of the normal 6 (correct me if im wrong on the numbers)
