Splitfire Coils And Microtech

I have a S1 RB25DET with microtech LTX-12. Just wondering seeing I'm not using the ignitor box anymore, would I go for the splitfire coils to suit S1 RB25, or S2 with self ignitors?

If you have the LTX12, it has inbuilt ignitors already so you should use series 1 coils.

However if you have the LT12, it doesn't have in built ignitors, so you would either get the Microtech X6 ignition box, or use the standard ignitor pack and use series 1 coils, or just use the Microtech alone to drive the ignitor in Series 2 coils.

Dont forget to set the dwell to 1.8ms or you will cook the splitfires

Yeah it's a LTX-12 for sure, thanks for the advice. Now that I think about it, it makes sense why I'd use S1 coils.
