hey all

i was just wondering if it is worth the hassle or is it trouble free.... to fit a gtr plenum to an rb25? i tried the search button and it kept coming up with an error, ill try again later, but if anyone could give me a few ideas whether to do it or not and how its done, it would be greatly appreciated

thanks in advance :ninja:

its not a bolton fit UNLESS

you need to buy the blitz adoptor kit which cost around $800 this comes with everything you need to bolt on the gtr.

also you will possible need an aftermarket ecu due to running the gtr fuel rail, injectors (which are larger than gts-t)

a cheaper alternative (might do it myself if i can be bothered since i have the plenum lying around) is to take (or get images) of both gaskets to a laser cutting place, and they can make up and adapter themselves.. we did a group buy back when i owned an mx6 of a simerlar thing and it was $20 to get the plans made up and a further $80 to get it cut out.. pretty cheap compared to the blitz item mentioned above if you want to do a bit of r&d yourself

unfortunately its not only the adapter plate that comes in the kit, there are a few more things you need to do to get it working.

if i can find the link to the webpage i post it up, one of the things i can remember is the throttle cable which comes in the kit
