Raising Idle Speed

can anybody know how to raise the idle speed in a skyline r33 gtst?

isnt it controlled by the computer? if not maybe an adjustment screw on the throttle body?

^^^ hmm, well on the 32 its the screw. dont know bout the 33, any 33 owners around?

there is an idle screw on the aac valve, same as the 32 i think.

there is also an idle triming screw on the ecu.

thought i better mention where the screw on the aac is, for noobs.

with the bonnet up (obviously) looking from the drivers side of the car, at the back of the plenum (rear of the car end) there is some solenoids with plugs coming of them, and some vacuum hoses. when looking from the drivers side you will see a screw in 1 of them. thats the idle screw.

sorry its a bit vague, but i don't have my car here at the moment, or i'd just go take a picture.

Turn the AAC bypass screw clockwise to drop idle, anti-clockwise to raise it.

Use the search function on AAC valve and there is lots to see/help you out.
