Hey guys, just got a bosch 040, and ordering in some injectors soon. Out of the listed mods, which can you install without adverse affects?

with my current mods, could i install the fuel pump, and injectors etc on the stock ecu and get away with it, or is it best to do all at once?

I am curious to how exactly your going to run with the z32 and bigger injectors when you still have the stock ecu on an auto?

I have the same problem with ecu, thats why I got a remap.

I wonder if another remap could support the bigger injectors and z32?

Will a fuel regulator be needed for my goal?or will my current one suffice?

im not planning on a rebuild....but when the time comes, i guess i have no option.....imin the process of getting a manual box right now:)

You might not get much of a choice when you start hitting big figures. Price up some 20thou Arias forged pistons, adjustable cam gears, cometic head gasket, full bearing and gasket kit, ARP studs etc. Once you have that done you can add on whatever you like without the worry of putting a rod through the block or melting a piston. Worth the piece of mind IMO.

dude 250rwkw shouldnt be a worry with stock bottom end with a good tune theres a few here in adelaide with 300rwkw stock bottom end

I was running 280rwkw on stock internals, and the only reason she went up was cause she leaned out.

It's more a case of knowing everything is reliable than anything else. But as I said, that's just my opinion.
