Do All 33's Have Central Lock

as above states im interested if all r33's have central locking, my old one did but my new one didnt come with remote. so was just wonderin if it was just lost in japan or if it might not have it at all

Ah... you mean "do all R33's come with REMOTE central locking" then?

Mine has the motor in the door, which my alarm installer used... he said that the remote central locking was a dealer option, not from factory. So technically, my particular car never had remote from factory, but from dealer. I guess if the option wasn't taken, then it'd just be regular key-driven central locking.

If you remove your drivers doortrim, there should be a motor there and a box on the outside of the plastic cover with a little antenna on it. That's the dealer option that I have. I unplugged and chucked the box away because it was useless without the key.

So... no. Not all have it! =-]

Central locking is standard. Remote central was an option.
