What Is The Maximum Boost

i have a GTR34 RB26Dett i change the turbos to HKS GT2540s what is the maximum boost i can go for it With stock engine

and do i have to change the head gasket.

well to begin the 2540's are probably a bad choice of turbo.

That said, depends on if its a street car or a track car.

there is no real such thing as "maximum" boost.

Its all about tuning and use of the car

i looking for 430-500HP at the wheels

but i dont know do i have to change the head gasket ?if i have what is the good Thickness 1.1 or 1.2mm and what is the stock head gasket Thickness?

by the way i will change the Manifold,outlet and the downpip .

You may need to change internals if you want to pull that kind of power with out destroying an engine in 20 000kms

I will change the internals in the next stage.

But I want to increase the boost now and I need to know how match the stock internals will handle.

I wouldn't go much above 16psi with a stock engine, as turning it up for 10 more kw isnt really worth it if it goes bang, just enjoy it while you save your money.
