Good Oil For Rb25det Gearbox?

Gidday i have just brought a n RB25DET Gearbox for my 240kw RB20 powered cefiro, Just wanting to know if there is any really good synthetic oil to put in it any one has used before & can recommend? have heard bad things about redline oils unlesl its a worn box so wanting to steer clear from them. Well i was going to reccomend redline shockproof, thats what i use and have no problems with it and the box wasnt worn. I know it changes a lot smoother.

The anti Redline info specifically refers to Redline shockproof in new gearboxes. Redline also make a fully synthetic 75W-90 that would be suitable. Also Castrol Syntrax 75W-90 is a contender - probably any fully synthetic of the right weight would be fine.

Syntrans, not Syntax would be more suitable. About $20/bottle. In Redlines range, MT90 would be more suitable than the Gear 75W90. Also Motul Gear 300 would be another contender.
