Hey all,

Just wondering those with chutes, were abouts you attached them too?? on the cradle? and if so did you make brackets to go around the 4 wheel steer mechanism or attach it somewhere totally different altogether? Any Pics or Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

John

I am going to attach the lanyard to where you have suggested, i have a lock bar in place. Mount the chute where it will be caught by the wind. If you have a wing on the rear you will have to mount it out further.

Thanks guys, more concerned about attaching the main line to the car..

I may make a bar between the rear chassis rails... dont really want to pay 500 bucks for midori rear steer arms so i can make mounts on the cradle..

Cheers buddy,

Yeah its a bit of everything really but ive done 127mph before with a bad launch, on 4 inch shit house front runners i dont want to be struggling to pull it up if it does something similar, its not only the extra power but the area under the power curve is heaps bigger with methanol.. just trying to consider all factors.. taking it to a t n t tomorrow though so it should be a good indication.,.
