but as a rule if you can get it to fit it will be laggy full bost from 4k rpm may be higher

Hi Doctor, not tried one on a GTST but have had two on a GTR. Extrapolating the numbers, you could expect boost at around 3750 rpm. I wouldn't like going much over 1.3 bar on a standard RB20, a TD06 will produce a lot of airflow at that boost, so I don't think you will need more than that to achieve good power.

Maybe someone else has tried a single TD06 and can add some real world experience.

Thanks ladies,

Im really not interested in running over 1 bar. My aim is to make good power with as little boost pressure as possible. This will make it more reliable, so volume of airflow is most important.

Anyone else had personal experience with this turbo?

Hi Doctor, Trust turbos are plain bearing (not ball bearing) and not water cooled. The plain shaft bearings and 360 degree thrust bearing makes them stronger at high boost and airflow levels. If you are only looking at 1 bar there are more suitable (ball bearing) turbos around.

TD06-17/19 was replaced by td06-20, however they are very similar spec a bit lag then tdo6-20, I will try to find the map for it..

yes, that's a easy one..expect to spool around 3300, full boost 4500 (buster's R33 spool aroung 3000, full boost 4200)...

the internal wastegate is bolt on, same flange..and you need a customise dump pipe..

Mine is TD06-25g, but it's 16cm sqr and I will have it on soon..will let you know..

For the money, take your time, it's yours..:^)
