OK; today is the last day of grace for anyone who hasn't confirmed payment / paid. I will be finalizing the amounts tomorrow morning and sending the money off. Heaps of people have said to hold up for them but it's unfair to those who have already paid from day 1 - you're going to have to jump onto the next order.
