I still would like to see the turnout of this setup with a safc and a mines ecu.

I will probably will just be getting a whole new remap once I get my hands on some injectors and z32 to go with the new highflow turbo next yr.

So far I've got all the other supporting mods - full exhaust, fmic, cam gears, etc.

Need to strengthen that gearbox tho.

Auto shift kit and torque converter should do it.

Hopefully will be able to reach 250rwkw

I'd like to think of the re-mapped ECU as a "broad" tune; still utilizing the "hybrid" element of the stock ECU whereby it changes the parameters based on enviromental conditions.

SAFC 1/2 would be a sort of "fine" tune, perfecting what the "broad" tune would be doing.

I see no harm in coupling the two together... IMO it would work very well.

Just remember the ONLY thing an SAFC actually does to alter anything is modify the input from the AFM to the ECU.

There are many ways to skin a cat, just some better than others.

"Fine" tune as you say, based on editing only ONE input parameter and not directly effecting ANY outputs, doesn't sound all that "Fine" to me.

You'd be better off having the ECU remapped if you want accuracy.
