Not Sure What This Small Pipe Is From The Inlet Man.

Ok heard a hiss, tracked it down to a split rubber tube. Fixed it up but now not sure what it actually does??? Its off a RB25 if that makes any difference.

It's just a vacuum hose, wouldn't know what for but.

looks like it goes into the master cylinder... so something brake related?

Yeah, the big one is for your brake booster...

Whatever you're holding in the picture goes elsewhere, right? That'd be for the stock map sensor possibly.

Got a picture of what it goes to? Pretty sure it's the stock boost sense line...goes to a little black box mounted just aft of the strut tower? Either that or if it goes intot he cabin will be to an aftermarket boost gauge.

yeah thats what it would be...I noticed my boost guage wasn't working properly at high boost...hehe..looks like I have sussed that one out!

yeah thats correct Omurru, that is the stock boost line that connects into the stock boost gauge inside the dash. most ppl, cut that wire, insert T-piece and connect additional boost gauges via that vacuum hose

Stock ECU has no MAP sensor.

The MAP sensor is only for the in-dash boost gauge.
