Hey Adam,

That's the Australian VIN No given at compliance... you need the actual Japanese Chassis number... it's etched into the firewall...

i.e. ECR33-123456 or whatever...

Hmmm... my car is in the panel shop at the moment (after an unfortunate collision with a kangaroo) but I'm going on Friday to have a look at it and I'll have a look then.

Got my car back today, and double-checked that VIN (ECR33-022795), that is what is engraved on the firewall... but my FAST does not bring it up. What does this mean?

I think it just means the number was simply not eneterd at the time of production. Any other theories??
