Have you got a Jap or an Aussie head unit?

If Jap, get an Aussie one, as the FM expanders that are used with the jap ones usually make the sound quality worse.

If Aussie head unit, is it using a proper ariel converter? The jap ariels have 2 plugs, you need to get a converter (from autobarn, jb hifi etc) for the ariel to work as good as possible.
