It shouldn't be too hard but you'll need to be good with an angle grinder for the hole, depending on the kit piping route.

It's basically plug n play. The only advice I can give you is to make the holes slightly wider than the pipe so you have some play incase you need it to line the FMIC up directly in the centre. Otherwise try to copy someone elses placement of the holes as I've had kits that don't QUITE line up properly (a couple of mm's on each join means your FMIC isn't mounted centred EXACTLY).

hey guys, sorry to hijack your thread, but i am also installing an intercooler kit tonight to, and just wondering what do you do with the vacumm line that is on the standard piping which go's to the boost controller? the piping kit i have doesnt have a nipple to connect the hose to? thanks
