I got a small scratch on my car few weeks ago and the actual job is like 600 bucks at panel beaters (too much bs involved). Anyway they agreed to pay me 400 bucks to settle it cos it was not my fault.

I went to Nissan dealer today, they got my car's (silver R33 S2) paint code and said (surprise surprise) its no longer available. At the same time in their workshop I saw silver 350 Z... the paint looked identical to my car's. Its called "platinum." I got a tube of it for 16 bucks from Nissan. Does anyone know how close is silver R33 S2 to 350 Z paltinum paint? Im gonna pocket the 400 bucks...

Whoever the panel beater is should be able to match it up to your existing paint I reckon. There are quite a number of different silvers in the Nissan range...depending on the area ur touching up...you might not be able to tell the difference but then again might stick out like dogs balls.
