Boy... Am I ever gonna be the odd one out... Here's a handful of the albums I've been listening to recently.

Optional,why?: Liked these guys forever. Saw them live last Saturday. It was the musical equivalent of being repeatedly smashed in the face with a ton of bricks. And I loved it.

Album: The Fury of our Maker's Hand

Song/s: Before the Hangman's Noose, Grinf**ked

Optional,genre: Metal

Optional,why?: These guys kick all manner of arse, especially live, since they were support for FF on saturday.

Artist: Dimmu Borgir

Album: Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia

Song/s: Kings of the Carnival Creation, Puritania

Optional,genre: Black Metal

Optional,why?: Why not? Those crazy Norweigans know how to make one hell of an album.

Artist: Strapping Young Lad

Album: The New Black

Song/s: Far Beyond Metal, Wrong Side, You Suck, f**ker

Optional,genre: Metal

Optional,why?: Because they are the best band ever.

Artist: Slayer

Album: Christ Illusion

Optional,genre: Punk/... Um... Melvins

Optional,why?: Jello (singer from the Dead Kennedys) and The Melvins is a combination made of win and awesome.

That's a small cross section of my playlist. It's mostly metal :happy:

Optional,why?: Loved LP to begin with and they just are fresh and have a good sound.

Broad genre: Hip-Hop/Rap

Optional,why?: Really funky, love the gal's voice, fresh and new sound also they are very distintctive.

Artist: Three Days Grace

Optional,why?: Rather gothy but just perfect for certain moods, I love the leads voice and I find their music very emmotive.

Artist: Disturbed

Album: Ten Thousand Fists

Optional,why?: Who doesn't love disturbed.

Broad genre: Heavy Rock/Alternative

Artist: Groove Armada

Album: Goodbye Country (Hello Nightclub)

Optional,why?: Great antd really individual style. Two guys with alot of talent

Broad genre: Jazzy/Rocky/Lounge/Dance/Rap Music.....they are very broad but I suppose they do come mainly under dance.

Album: Their Law, Always Outnumbered Never Out Gunned and of course the classic The Fat of The Land

Song/s:Almost all but mainly Voodoo People (+ Remix's), Poison, Smakc my bitch up, Breathe, Spitfire, Girls, You'll Be Under my wheels (BMW 1 Series Add song).

Optional,why?: They're prodigy......dah!

Album/Song: Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence, in particular Glass Prison

Genre: Prog Metal

Why?: After the long intro, Glass Prison is the best Psych-up driving song I know!

Artist: Machine Head

Album: Through The Ashes Of Empires

Genre: Metal

Why?: Aggro metal, scare the ppl around me :laugh:

Artist: Infected Mushroom

Album: any of them!

Genre: Goa/Israeli Psy trance

Why?: The beats are massssive, and the panning effect between tweeters pisses off the GF :verymad:

Artist: Jean Michel Jarre

Album: Metamorphoses

Genre: French electronica

Why?: Great relaxing music for heading down the coast

Optional,why?: Awesome. Don't be put off by the fact they have a female singer. There's no girly shit here. It's all brutal as hell, and they put on one hell of a good show live (with a pit that's even more intense than their music.)

Album: Are you dead yet?

Song/s: Are you dead yet?

Optional,genre: metal

Optional,why?: Never liked these guys that much, but this album has some really good stuff, especially are you dead yet?, which is an awesome song. (also has a pretty amusing metal cover of Oops! I Did it Again XD)
