Stained Headlights

I've got an R34 GT-T and after having it for a year the headlight seems to have some foggy stain on it. How do i get it to become clear and shiny again??? Please help it looks ugly

Polish them. A bit of elbow grease and they'll be fine.

Use Meguires Scratch X or some mild abbrasive Cut and Polish..

BUT ONLY RUB IN ONE DIRECTION... VERTICLE STROKES OR HORIZONTAL STROKES... DO NOT RUB IN CIRCLES.... YOU WILL GET SWIRLS AND UR HEADLIGHTS WILL LOOK WORSE THAN THEY ALREADY DID....

Trust me.... my old man is a panel beater and spraypainter... and he warned me..

I used Meguires Diamond Cut for the headlights, came up a treat. Yeah basically you need something with diminishing abrasives and a strong cutting compound.

i used scratch x and a wool polishing pad on a drill. came up great and only takes about 30 seconds a light. no swirls either.

is this done on the outside or the inside (or both)? If inside how do you remove the cover?

outside of the lense. to open the light you have to stick it in the oven for a few mins to melt the glue. i'd just do the outside and see what you think.
