Hey guys after a reputable shop in Brisbane that can flow my stock GTR turbos. How much does it cost for both and do they replace the core with a roller bearing assembly? Also what specs are they after rebuild.

Many thanks,

Deren

Steel wheels is the only thing i would put into a GTR turbo... hi-flows tend to not be matched decently.

with that many choices (and affordable) in the brand new range, its almost pointless doing a hi-flow on GTR turbos IMO

Completely agree, same goes for the high flowed RB25 turbo's, these days your almost better off paying the couple hundred bucks extra and buying something brand new from the vast array of aftermarket options in the same price bracket.

(EDIT: Jeez my spelling is bad)

As i said to R31Nismoid i was thinking about the GTSS kit but im way over bidget already with this rebuild.

Hmmm not sure what to do now.

your looking at around $2500 with the gtr flows, 3000 for gt-ss, or around 2500 for garrett's which are virtually the same.

I'd be geting the new garretts over the flows.

Bendingo - i disagree with the flows on 25's.

The GCG hi-flow has had sooo many good results now that IMO its perfect for the RB25, but we aint talking RB25s here :D

Also maybe talk to Mike Vine. I dont know what his rep is like on here, but everywhere else it seems pretty good. Only going to cost you a phone call to talk to him at least.

Hey mate, thanks for that. Whats his business name or number?

Cheers
