where is my ECU?

I have a 96 Series 2 gtst. Where can i find my ECU. Can someone tell me exactly where it is?? i know its somewhere on the passenger..........

Passenger kick panel. Where the flare is.

O.K. open left passenger door of Ur car. Then sit in the passenger seat. look down between your legs.....find where your left foot is.

Once you have done this, look to the left of your left foot and the kick panel will be right there.
