Connecting My Laptop To My R33gtr

I dont think datascan will work on an r33? A consult interface will though, it depends if you want to moitor the ecu or reprogram it.

laptop (you have one)

find the diag port (inside fuse panel, right of sterring wheel)

the diag port is some kind of usb port??? its in the fuse box right??? i hear R34 only have that port.. thanx

pretty much every car built since the late 80s has a diagnostics port mate. so i dont know where you got only R34 from? no it's not a USB port. it's a large multi pin port for connecting a diagnostics tool/scan tool. since you dont have one you need to buy a kit to emulate one. what do you want to achieve?

Hey mate, I bought one off Pete (NewKleer) last year, ive since upgraded to aftermarket ecu. Ive got one FS if you want. $60 delivered? PM Me.

Not sure how much I got it for think $80. Anyone can confirm?

The one I have is the original one with the CONSULT plug on one end and the serial port on the other end, with enough long enough cable required. It will alow you to plug into your laptop and monitor ECU readings, speed, 02, etc.. Software is also required. You can use the free one or pay I think $100 for the pro version.

This is not the one he is currently selling/making its the first original, cable only, one.
