Difference Between Safc-2 And Safc Neo

Hi, im planning on fitting either a safc2 or safc neo to my wifes mitsubishi RVR, the car will stay basically standard maybe a front mount and exhaust and a bit of boost, Just trying to get some decent fuel economy out of it(it gets 20l/100km)and it gets grannied everywhere.(ps its auto)Just wondering what the differences between the two are

i think the differences are

vtec support

colour display

neo has 4 more points (12 vs 16), a colour screen, and supports vtec.

i wonder,if the neo stillmaintains the knock sensor as i have herd is does not, but i thought it was a bit strange to get rid of it tho
