thats true. bad luck dude. however i think there must be something wrong there if the first coppa was following you all the way from cabra to bass hill, where the 2nd cop picked you up.

they cant follow you that much can they? cabra to bass hill is like a 10 minute drive isnt it?

if you ask to see it they do. otherwise you can claim that you weren't speeding and your were just getting picked on.

I don't know where those suburbs are but in VIC (I live in QLD and just assume they are the same) a radar reading doesn't HAVE to be shown but if you request and they deny you have a better chance of beating it.

As for the two fines, a truck outside my house got a parking fine in the morning, and another 4 hrs later. The second one got dismissed as it was still the same offence. No idea if thats classed as the same offence but I'd hazard a guess at no.
