Anyone have a BRANT imobiliser, and if so, does their turbo timer stuff up cause of it??

nope! was told that the 30sec ignition delay would work after the turbo timer turned off!

dont use a turbo timer! i dont... its a tad more secure to sit in the car while it cools down, or dont come on boost for the last 5mins of your Journey.

Waste of money.

yeah but i'm lazy! r33 as isaid this was my worry but after contacting brant they assured me turbo timer will work with my immobiliser but mine doesn't have the hand contoller it detects if the key tag is in range or not to set. Brant said that the 30sec timer delay on ignition cut etc would be 30secs after the car stopped or when the turbo timer turned off.

I haave NAVtrak, It is a Brant developed Alarm system i think.

I have a turbo timer connected with it as well and its fine, there is a way of letting the alarm know you have a turbo timer but the max time is 3mins before the fuel cut works.

Dude, i have a brant.. what happens is.. after the turbo timer switches off.. 40 secs later the immobiliser comes on.. but not the alarm... you have to come back out and switch the alarm on.
