V35 Navigation/dvd Rom

Hey fellas

Just picked up my new ride from compliance today and Its a stunner!

Got a question someone might be able to help me with...

My 35 (2003 350 gt-8) has built in nav/tv and a dvd rom drive in its own compartment (if you've seen it you'll know what I mean). Basically I wanna know what I have to do to get the thing working over here.

I'm guessing I may have to remove the dvd rom drive as its ntsc and replace it with a pal one but will my pop up screen still work?

Does anyone know of any mods available at all?

its a matter of how myuch your willing to spend. personally i was going to go all out and get mine fixed but the amount of money it would probably cost made me think its nowhere near worth it

Does it have a RCA (composite phono knob) inputs to it somewhere?

i would recommend the mp3car forums... there is heaps of info.. which should hopefuly lead to an interface of some sort... this is amuch newer system than some of the other navi systems... you may be in luck... i remember seeing a thread on a G35... some american dude... might as well get to searching..

i decided to junk my systemm and then a few weeks later found the input module in the boot.. i could have plugged anything composite into it... including a car pc... frick
