Front Bar(or Lack Off)

hi folks

just wondering if its against the law to drive a car with no front bar (bumper) over here in Aus

i really need to get somewere but fiance's took her car to work and mines missing its front bar

Probably, seeing that it a car without a bumper can do serious damage if it hits a pedestrian

Ive seen a few getting around, fairly constantly too, its a push I reckon, but if you have a good excuse who knows.

illegal, as someone said its against pedestrian laws.... although i dunno how meathead 4wd owners with massive bullbars get away with it i guess atleast they have no sharp edges on them unlike a bumperless skyline.

But yeah, see a few cars getting round like that, usually its the "omg cuz jus got myself dis fully hektik front mount and its all bling an chrome, an i wanna show it off or cant figure out howta get the front bar back on,yo" type of owners though...

I got booked twice when mine was in for repairs due to the sharp edges of the FMIC/intrusion bar/guards.

problam sorted.. its amazing what you can do with a load of cable ties and a cordless drill

fixed my bar when one side started to fall off

Can i suggest colour coded 100mph tape over the cable ties for that uber smooth show grade repair (got mine from autobarn)

Just tell them it’s at the shop getting fixed after that hit and run the other day. Took all bloody week to get the blood out of the grill too: P
