Help With My Gtr!

Hey guys,

Just wondering if you can help me, my GTR seems to at times get a blockage somewhere and it loses all power and sometimes stalls. If im cruising at 3000rpm, it spits and stutters and sounds like a blockage of some sort. Today,when taking of it just wouldnt go, burped and farted down the road and almost had to pull over. Can anyone help?????

it could be any of these 3 things your spark plugs, your coils, or the ignitor my 32 gtst did the same thing it sounded sorta like a rex with a loud exhaust

Sounds like your air flow meters may be on their way out.

Also worth checking the connection to the AFM too.

Start the car and wiggle the wire that connects to the AFM plug and see if the car splutters or stalls.

The connection to the air flow meter didnt do anything, I turned it on and it idled ok for 5 mintues, when playing with the leads didnt do a thing. Any other possibilities????Thanks guys, much appreciate your knowledge.

sounds to me like an intake leak, so check all your cooler pipes and clamps for leaks or splits, and all the intake piping

Will get all pipes checked tomorrow, thanks guys. It doesnt happen all the time, thats the funny part. Just took it for a spin and it drove beautifully. Weird
