Yeh my dosent go to the floor it bounces back up just not pressure really light and can not change gears !

haha this what happened to me lastnite ....just rang nissan ...total of 25 bucks for the seals...the slave cylinder for the clutch folk was mine...fluid pissed out everywhere. To get it going you have to put into gear first then start car up n make sure nothing infront of u or ull go right up their arse!. was a shit coming to a stop tho!

whats the best clutch fluid to use? nissan one?

was only 17 dollars for the slave cylinder seal kit.....was easy job to do. just have to adjust my clutch engagement now..feels as tho the clutch has to b pressed further down before it bites...strange tho used to get crunch when i go into 4th gear real fast..now it doesnt do it??? any suggestions?

    • Finally addressing my catch can and oil setup Plan is to do as much as practical without having to remove the motor or pull it apart. (no back of head to sump drain/breather or oil restrictors) First step is a set of full length baffle plates from Hypertune and a Tomei cam cap stud kit. I could probably have laser cut and bent up my own ones but this took any guess work out

    • I spent the entire of the long weekend going through my garage and I'm now, after 3.5yrs in this house, able to fit a car in. The garage is quite long and the back half has a high enough ceiling for a 2 post lift but it's going to just take too much space and I don't think I'd be able to get around the car if it was in the air. So, in comes the quick lift. It looks perfect. High enough to do most things, I reckon even getting a gearbox out would be doable.  Does anybody here have one? They're fairly cheap (~$3k) considering...  https://www.dtmtrading.com.au/product/quick-lift-portable-vehicle-hoist-3500-kg-worksafe-approved/ I'm also a bit of a non risk taker so I'd probably still use stands when under!
    • Well now we all see it! I did the same. Then cut it out. Then melted half of it. Then discarded it entirely. So... you're in good company.
