joh21m
Hey guys, Just got my safc installed in the rb20. Just a quick question for all of you that have one installed on your rb's. On your RPM tacho readout on the SAFC does yours only go to 6000rpm??? just wondering coz my safc readout and my tacho readout are different by 500rpm. My tacho has always been laggy (rb20 in s13) so im just wondering which one is correct. Thanks, Joh Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/135709-calling-all-safc-2-owners/ Share on other sites
WogsRus
have you set the rpm limit on the SAFC. Not sure why it lags though, mine is spot on. Humm, where are you picking up the tach signal from? smurf80
The readout on your SAFC should be accurate as you would be getting that reading straight from the ECU. mad082
the tacho is probably laggy due to it being old. that is common. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/135709-calling-all-safc-2-owners/#findComment-2523708 Share on other sites
blu3chip
i had the same problem too. just go to the settings and adjust your engine cylinders and it'll be all good. joh21m
does adjusting your engine cylinders or rpm limit effect the tune in anyway?
