Body Kit Game/program

I was wondering if there is a PC program/game where you can see what a certain type of body kit/mags will look like on your car before you decide to go off and buy it. I know for instance at one of the tyre stores in joondalup they have a program where you pick your car, then choose a set of mags and it shows you what it will look like on your car.

Tokyo Extreme racer on Dreamcast was pretty good for that sort of thing good range of cars, and there was one on PS that was done by Capcom that actually had HKS and other brands kits and stuff but it was cell shaded/cartoon like. I think that the Tokyo Extreme series is coming to X360 not sure if there will be an english release though.

My friend had S13 with the same body kit you could get in TER.
