R32 Gts-t Gearbox Oil

Hey guys,

I changed the oil in my box a month ago and ever since then if I change gears pretty hard at high revs it just crunches.

What oil should I be using or what do you prefer and why?

I can also vouch for castrol...I have it in my 32 (not running anywhere near as mych power as roy) never the less....After putting it in, gearbox felt a fair bit smoother. Definately worth it and not over priced.

Most places sell it. Bursons, Autobarn etc...though the prices vary a few dollars. I think it uses just under 3L so you need 3 bottles to be safe
