_8OO5TED_
I used a call out service, Dent Craft. They rolled my front and rear guards on my R33, did a VERY good job. I took my car to him and it was $50 a corner I think. Unsure what it would be for call out. 0409 906 593 Stuart is his name, I think he is based in Ardross, which is near Booragoon. lukits01
Does guard rolling spoil the paintwork on panels? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/135953-guard-rolling/#findComment-2536084 Share on other sites
djr81
As often as not it will crack the paint adjacent to where the guard is rolled. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/135953-guard-rolling/#findComment-2536088 Share on other sites

Dirty32
Tech 9 tyres advertise free guard rolling for any 20 inch packages or bigger so surely they would also do guard rolling for smaller wheels. Think they are in Willetton or Maddington or something SOR. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/135953-guard-rolling/#findComment-2542630 Share on other sites

V&B body repairs in osb park are gonna sort me out top guys there! was quoted $50 a corner and the dude there also said he can fit the wheels and adjust the coilover height if need be! all i have to do is get a wheel alignment done at a tyre shop. as far as paint cracking goes he said all care taken but he cant guarentee it wont happen Edited October 1, 2006 by iz32 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/135953-guard-rolling/#findComment-2544574 Share on other sites
iz32
ah i forgot to add... i got bored tonite and decided to remove the plastic inner guards as i was told they'd have to do to roll the guards... anyways i noticed on both sides that there are grommet holes with wires/vac hoses/exhaust sensor wire etc.. passing thru them. do i need to refit the rear 3rd of the plastic guards? to stop water getting into places it shouldnt or is it fine to leave them off altogether?? they come in 3 pieces and are stapled together. any experiences?
