Rear Demister Wont Work ?

I own an R32 gtr 93 model the rear window demister dosent work just wondering if anyone has had this prob and how to fix it without replacing the entire back window, can I get a replacement heating element?

firstly have you checked the fuses?

secondly have you checked the rear of the switch to make sure the plugs are in correctly

thirdly have you checked where the wires plug into the unit on the back window?

Also see if there are any breaks in the demister near where the plug goes into the back window.... if there are any breaks you can buy the stuff (sorry dont know what it is called!) and fix the break by filling it in.

You can buy a window demister repair kit from repco. Its made buy loctite. Hope that helps
