Some Q's On The Power Fc For Rb25det

Hi ppl, just need some help on my power FC for my RB25DET. I am having trouble understanding the rev/idle setting on the hand controler. I have read the manual for the PFC for a 13b which is different. The fist two are for the AC right? which one does what? The second two are for idle, what does what?

Any help would be great
