Exedy Heavy Duty Clutch

im looking at getting an Exedy heavy duty clutch how are the for everyday driving and city traffic driving

i want a good strong clutch but also want something that im not going to look like a first time manual driver every time i take off.

any comments would be great thanks.

I use the Exedy HD organic. Good for up to 240KW. Crisp bite but soft enough for city driving. I think there is a group buy on them now.....

i have the Exedy cushion button clutch in my 32 i bites real hard but its extreamly drivable, my g/f drives it and has no problem.

I run a twin plate exedy 1100kg clutch, pain in the arse in peak hour traffic, my left leg is bigger than my right.

Takes a bit of getting used to especially hill starts.

Can be embarassing.

im lookin at purchasing one of these aswell, either a twin plate or just a HD organic one.. heard good things bout em..

I use an exedy hyper twin plate and i find that the pedal feel is actually pretty good and light. Only problem is it bites hard and the friction point is pretty small so it takes a while to get used to. I still bunny hop off at the lights on hills sometimes :S (only had it for a few weeks now heh)
