Determining Wastegate Size And Spring Rate

im looking at the hks gt wastegate which is 60mm

now in selecting the desired spring rate how do i go about that.. they come at all different rates from say 5psi upto 30psi..

i intend on running 25+psi boost and 600hp+ at wheels..

what spring rate should i opt 4,
