Hey!

Just wanted peope's opinion on good places around Queensland to take some good photos of my car? Maybe old train tracks, tagged backgrounds etc etc.

If anyone could suggest any places please do post them here, and any pictures of the backdrop if you have taken photos there already would be awesome.

Thanks SAU QLD :ermm:

just a few i can list for you

city backdrop -

mt cootha lookout

kangaroo point up the up of the cliff

at southbank in front of the qpac building where the grass area is

parked in the city (i taken one along creek street) with high rises in the background.

gateway bridge backdrop -

murrie

forrest backdrop -

park along the side of the road heading up the mountain of Mt Tamborine in a shaded area with some tree's yet a open view of the mountains

goldcoast backdrop -

along the road at the spit

along the esplande while driving

parked in the business area of southport (awesome jacaranda tree in that area)

along the indy track.

other backdrop -

parked in a underground carpark lit-up with numbers on each post.

with that last one. find a level with no cars on it and well lit up at night or day making sure there is no sun that is getting in. numbers on each post makes the image look more interesting.

take as many angle shots as you can while parked in the driving lane. park it either straight or on a angle

with the indy track one. this would be the best time of year. the walls are up and as the track is close to completion, most of the sponsor signs are up to. try and find someone to get in a 2nd car and take photo's of your car driving around on the indy track (make sure there are no other cars in the photo).

this would in turn make your car look like it was actually driven at the time of indy and you were racing on the track either well ahead of behind all the other racing cars. LOL
